So are you looking for child-proof? Struggling to see the difference otherwise between tamper proof and tamper evident. What is the product? I was in the cosmetics game for quite some time and I'm not sure how you're making the distinction.
It's for sprays on bottles - the difference between tamper evident and tamper proof - the first shows tampering, the second helps to prevent it.

Just Google child-proof caps - I presume you mean the push down and twist ones? Skip over Alibaba (fraud-central), there are a couple of UK wholesalers on the 1st page with a range of them.
Thanks quikshop, I have Googled this for some time, but can't seem to find a tamper proof spray.

Tamper proof just means that it can't be opened, the contents tampered with, and then the seal replaced without being noticeable. This is the same as tamper evident really, which is probably why you've had issues finding it.
What you seem to be asking about is nothing to do with tampering, its about safety from children getting in there - is that right? If so, I don't think I've ever seen a spray bottle with that kind of lid or seal, but you might want to look into companies which sell bottles to the cleaning product industry. Where cosmetics suppliers will deal in tamper proof, since nothing they sell will ever be harmful enough to require child-safe, the cleaning industry would deal with things like bleach and harmful corrosives, so you'll have more luck there.

I'd hazard a guess that there may not actually be such a thing, I may be incorrect... but I've only ever heard of tamper evident bottles/caps etc etc.

Assuming that you're product is a spray, hence asking the question...why not just visi-pack the bottles?

You're almost there, but no problem, let's leave it there.

Not personally no, other than purchasing products in Visi-packs... there are some that are a bloody nightmare to get into!! and then others that you can open very easily... for what you need, I think the nightmare ones are what you want ;) :D
