Support ticket, help desk, customer service, et. email phishing

Anyone else been receiving strange emails from what looks like customer support desks, customer service departments, IT service desks, etc. of genuine companies?

Anyone else been receiving strange emails from what looks like customer support desks, customer service departments, IT service desks, etc. of genuine companies?

If you're referring to emails appearing to come from "Microsoft Support" and talking about terminating your account etc. I get those regularly and yes, they're phishing emails.

If not, care to share the text of one?

A lot of them just look like automated replies to support ticket requests from genuine places.

The from, to, cc, reply to and sender are all different though.
