Starting Up

Hello all,

I'm currently looking to start up my own business in the food/cookery industry. I have 25 years of merchandise planning experience, but have not worked in the food industry. I'm looking to learn from some of the advice already given in this forum and to ask my own questions as I begin my journey.

I would like to sell the benefits of cooking with spices online, with an ambition to have a cookery school to teach the pairing of flavours.

My research will initially be, the in and outs of setting up a business; especially within the food industry; legal; packaging; marketing; branding; importing etc etc
