SPAM from the forums....

A user jackmie ([email protected] ) has just sent me an email through the forums trying to sell their services. This is what I consider to be spam, I am not sure what your procedure for dealing with it is so I just posted here

Was it related to your business in any way, or was it a general email touting for business? For example, I may look at your business, see that I can maybe provide products and services that will be to our mutual benefit. If I email you would you consider it spam?

Seriously though one email is nothing to really complain about its part and parcel of having a email address and posting it on the net,
try getting at leat 100 emails relating to bloody blue pills then you have something to moan about lol,

Are you displaying any characteristics that would make people think you need little blue pills ?

I never mind targetted sales - or even targetted abuse for that matter - since it's obvious what I do. I don't usually dare do it myself though. I'm amazed someone can be bothered to go through all the members and e-mail them or is there some clever comma separated whatsit geek way of doing it?

It was spam in this case - the spammers been blocked.
