Small claims on line

I have just used a claims on line service run by the courts. It cost me £30-00 to place my claim against a firm that supplied bad goods and would not refund my money.

It took 14 days, I received my money back from the company in full + my £30-00.

Just thought i'd share this for those like me who do not have time to sort it by the local small claims court.

I have just put a claim in offline with my local county court for £5000. I had o pay a £120 but hope I have as much joy as you did and in the same timescale!

Thanks handson, I'll see what response I get from the courts first but will bare you in mind.
