The user doesn't have the appropriate permission level to view a deleted thread. The default response from the system if someone doesn't have permission to view a page is to direct them to the membership page.

This shouldn't be the case, deleted threads are only visible to moderators and staff, so we shouldn't be redirecting to this page.

I'll get this flagged to the team for resolution.
