Hey @japancool - what is your usecase? Are you selling B2B only? Do you have plans to expand into direct to consumer too?

What else is in your tech stack? It's important to consider how nicely your store platforms are going to play with everything else in your business, e.g. accounts, warehouse management, fulfilment & logistics, marketing etc.

My use case is that the company I work for has said "we are using this software, and you are going to be in charge of the project".

It is being provided to them by one of their major suppliers. Warehouse, fulfilment and logistics are all handled by the supplier, as is catalogue and stock management.

Yikes - hope it has gone/is going well! So does that have a direct sync with your BigCommerce store natively or are you passing info semi manually with CSVs etc?

It's unrelated to my BigCommerce store - that one is a personal property and is B2C, this one is for my "real" job and is B2B in an unrelated sector.

It wouldn't have been my first choice. I haven't even had sight of the backend yet. But I hadn't considered integration with the accounts package yet, thanks for reminding me, I will ask them the question today.

Well the good news is that it does have an API on the middle tier - so if push comes to shove, you can build your own integrations!
