Shipworks for UK

We're having a new website made.

We are currently Channel Advisor users and also have also linked this to Metapack. Metapack collaborates our orders, prints our royal mail and courier labels and simplifies tracking orders.

Although my new website provider (based in US) is happy to try and tie in with Metapack, they have suggested Shipworks.

Does anyone use shipworks here in the UK?

I could not find a UK office contact for them, looks like they're predominantly US based?

Yes that is what I would be worried about - you need to double check that it will work properly in the UK.

What compelling reason does your web company give to move to shipworks?

The website provider, is'nt at all pushing for shipworks - on the contrary they're being quite flexible.

It's me who's interested in shipworks. My current solution Metapack is doing the job, but something tells me I can do better. I have difficulties getting problems sorted by their support and I also think it's functionality could be better.

This is why I wanted a consensus on shipworks, to see how it matches up with metapack/other similar uk solutions.
