Setting up Amazon US while resident in the UK

Hi all,

I'm considering going back to Amazon after many years off the scene (used to do quite well on Amazon UK), but I'm now thinking of selling into the US market. I would like to set up in the most painless but legit way. I say this because I've registered with Companies House in the past for businesses that would have been better off being sole proprietorship etc. There's just so much literature out there that it's easy to get overwhelmed and be over-prepared for what is, essentially, a very small businesses (will be selling a few household items, maybe 10 SKUs in total, looking at a turnover of $60-72K/annum).

Can anyone recommend a no-nonsense legal consultancy that I can just say "Hey, I want to sell A,B,C... in the States, I live in the UK" and they'll churn out a "Based on your products and expected turnover, we'd recommend you set up as ______, you should anticipate______ tax implications" and then I can go ahead and set up as required.

If this has already been answered, then please point me in the right directions and, of course, if this is in the wrong category - apologies.

Thanks all!
