so i am in the process of starting up my own business on the side of my day job, i have found a company name, there is no one with the name in the UK, however there is a company in New Zealand with the name we have but the other way around selling the same things as i will be
i will be selling to the UK only and they sell to New Zealand only, is there any issue with me using the same two words they have in their name just the other way around so for example if i opted for Hare and Share and they are Share and Hare would this be an issue, given we will be selling in our respective countries only.
when i type my company name into google they come up half way down the page with .nz at the end
