Has anyone successfully launched a business this way? It is something I am potentially looking at in the next 12-18 months and was hoping for recommendations on resources for researching the process, etc.

Im not sure if its relevant at this stage. I am just wanting pointing in the direction of useful resources and any experiences of the process - whether its a decent scheme, etc.

ive personally found it to be so damn hard to get seed investment, even with a fully ready MVP etc - for online/digital businesses at least.

then again, I'm not the best person to talk with for this.

Setting the scheme up is fairly straightforward, but I'd suggest getting advice from an accountant with experience in such things
