Hi there,
We are a health supplement business. We need a call centre to handle inbound b2c "sales". Possibly if you can handle upto 130 calls a day. 7 days a week. Preferably 24/7 working hours. When we ran a some tests, we found prospects calling in starting from 4am to around 11pm (not quite 24/7).
Call time is around 9 mins. And cards will be needed to process over the phone.
