Romanian law

A relative has suddenly decided out the blue that they are interested in setting up a guest house/ small hotel in Romania but is struggling to find (english) details of Romanian law in connection with none nationals ability to own property/ run a business etc.

Does anyone know anyone/where I am likely to be able to get this sort of information?

Your best bet would be to contact the regulating/professional body for lawyers/advocates in Romania who can direct you to an English-speaking lawyer.

Otherwise try the Law Society's database which includes other countries
