Retail Shelving Advice

Hi everyone, new here so hope this is the right section.

I recently got some shelving from another shop owner who was retiring and no longer had a use for these. They are perfect for us but we want to tip our products forward so they look better but we want a rail on the front to stop them falling forward. The holes on the shelves look like they are meant for exactly that purpose, something that maybe clips in to them. I've been looking through loads of different websites for shelving accessories but just can't find anything that would fit this. I'm guessing this is a very old style of shelving and they maybe don't make the rails for them anymore?

Does anyone have any ideas where I could get the rails for them? Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Edit: It looks like I need 30 posts before I can post a picture, would someone else be able to attach it for me please? Cheers

I am sure I am stating the obvious but do you know what make the shelving is are there any manufacturers stamps or labels on any of the parts

Unfortunately not. I would attach a picture if I could.

Basically it comes in lots of different parts so there's the two legs and you attach a back piece to hold them together, bottom shelf sits on legs. Legs has holes all the way up which you attach brackets to at whichever height you want and then you lay a shelf on those brackets.

That's the best way I can describe them sorry. But the front of each shelf has small holes right along the front which looks like it's for adding a rail to

My company deals with enquiries like this all the time. In reality, there are only a few different types of retail shelving available and so the question is whether yours is compatible with one of these. If you want to give Richard a call on 01329 842000 he will be able to guide you in the right direction.

Thank you

It sounds like it might be Tegometall, if that helps you in your search?

That looks almost exactly the same but the difference is behind the back panels on ours we have bars which also attach to the legs at the back to keep it all together. The brackets are a hit different too, our brackets slot in to 4 holes on the legs
