Registrar wanted for London domain

Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced registrar for .London domains? 123-reg charges £42 a year. Must have the option to easily forward the domain to another url in the control panel.

Porkbun sell .london domains for $25.97 but the first year is $13.16.

Porkbun are by far the best domain registrar I have used with Namecheap coming in second.
