Hi All,
The company i work for is in the process of arranging a ticket refund protection policy with a provider to cover our customers if they cannot attend an event for which we have sold a ticket to.
Is there any main clauses, T&C's we should be looking for on a general level before signing up, i've been asked to scan my eye over it and apart from a few minor queries it seems ok.
