Recommendation for copyright indemnity agreement

I need a simple copyright indemnity agreement asap - can anyone recommend a solicitors? Thanks!

Unless it is a complex issue, five simple sentences should do -

XXX does hereby give the following warranties and indemnities to YYY for the purpose of ZZZ
1. That XXX is the sole owner of the copyright in the material supplied or that XXX has been assigned such rights (for the purpose of ZZZ) by all copyright owners.
2. That XXX has not otherwise assigned or licensed any rights subject to this agreement to any other party and that the material does not infringe the copyright or other rights of any other party.
3. That XXX will keep YYY fully indemnified against all losses actions claims proceedings costs and damages and all legal costs or other expenses arising out of any breach of copyright or any of the above warranties.
4. That XXX agrees to provide YYY with all relevant information and documentation that YYY shall reasonably require to determine the ownership of all intellectual property provided by XXX.
5. XXX agrees that YYY may consult all relevant bodies or agencies concerning ownership of all intellectual property rights subject to this agreement.

Date, place, shoe size, blood group, etc.

You are YYY, they are XXX and what you are doing for them is ZZZ.
