Hi guys, this post is for anyone looking for a loan.

There is a revolutionary company that offers loans to people. It is called www.ZOPA.com

I was told by a friend about this and they say on their site they are the first lending and borrowing exchange.

They say on their site "What we do is very simple: we put people who want to lend in touch with creditworthy people who want to borrow"

They seem legit, what do you guys think??? Could this service take off and be successful and meet startups needs????

hey are mentioned in the Telegraph and have had backing from Benchmark Capital (they lentmoney to ebay!!)

also members can borrow a maximum of 25k and lenders and borrowers are matched by their status and credit rating.

They also say the rate starts from 5.5% but you save money by not having arrangement fees etc.
