Just noted to have had no replys so i thought i'd send one.
Really like the redesign - black and greys really give a site a distinctive look !
I like the top nav bar - and the subtle rollover works well - A couple of points here -
firstly - re the choice of file type for the link images. The text graphics are jpeg - they would look crisper if exported as a gif / png file.
secondly - search engines like text links rather than images - they are more likely to fully index your site and are considered more useful for users - but I have had a look at the pages Google has indexed on your site, and it seems to be finding it's way around you ok.
( just do a google search on "site:www.increase-sales.co.uk" - to see your pages in the google cache).
The main images on each page look very professional, but their size may bug people with smaller screen sizes.
Also, it's good practice to validate your site using http://validator.w3.org/ .
This will help your google ranking and also improve the accessibility of your site. You've a few errors at present, but nothing that can't be solved easily with additional html (ie alt tags for images) and the use of style sheets to fomat table backgrounds etc.
All in all though - nice job. Hope the above is of help.
