Hi guys
Me and my partner are developing a product which includes a 2 piece belt buckle. So far we've managed to CAD up the 1st iteration and had it nylon 3D printed at my old work to see how it works and feels in hand. Now we'd like to take it a step further and get a professional to come in that'll advise us on changes that need to be made to make it more mass-manufacture friendly and more functional/sensible. Eventually we'd want to manufacture 50,000-100,000 of these in the near future so a discussion regarding correct tooling capable of doing these sorts of numbers would be ideal.
We'd also like it to be UK made and as green as possible(Recycled materials).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
