I am looking to buy/ buy into a company that can provide an personal training qualification by remote distance learning, Do you happen to have anything , or know of anyone who may be interested in

Their courses appear to be credited by organisations like REPS - who are one of the recognised awarding bodies in this area of training. I've no idea if this course or organisation is any good, but it seems pretty typical. Most require you to have time and suitable premises for your physical elements. The important thing is accreditation - which you have to check. Level 2 or 3 means it fits in the Government's skill level planning. So needs somebody to validate the work you submit and check it meets national standards. Distance learning is pretty common nowadays.
