Paypal Checkout - Custom delivery rules

Hi

Can anyone help me. I want to offer free delivery on orders over £100 ex vat. We use paypal simple chcekout.

How is this set as a rule on checkout?

Then choose "postage calculations" in here you will find what you are looking for
