payment and billing system

Hello

My question is about turnkey billing and payment systems.
I would like to buy in or have licensed to me a system which provides
1. a means of creating and crediting an account
2. a means of displaying a usage statement
3. one that can be totally rebranded and interfaced by an API

Has anyone any recommendations? I've had a quick look at CCBill and still looking. The critical thing is masking it as part of a brand belonging to another company.

I use WHM Autopilot, it works well and can integrate easily into your website. It can handle orders from the front end and process them through to payment, provides customers with a rolling account and the admin provides all the features necessary to oversee all accounts.

Am I understanding this correctly... Essentially, you want to have your own version of Paypal (more or less) but run it through the back-end of another system?

The best option is probably paypal's website payments pro

it costs £20.00 a month, but it should do everything you are after
