I've not heard of one either but as a slightly different suggestion I discovered the other week that one of my insurance policies included legal advice and was able to telephone a solicitor and obtain the advice I needed as part and package of having the insurance!

Might be worth a look in some of your policies!

Most "legal expenses" cover (excluding motor) will include a 24 hour advice line. Whilst it isnt normally manned by solicitors (though they do have law degrees or equiv) they do normally have solicitors there they can refer to (or I know with my employers version they also have solictors on call to answer queries the advisors cant)
