O DESK etc

Just wondering if anyone has good, bad or other experiences of this.

Also are there any similar set ups that are better?

Odesk is great, I use it for many of my own project sites when I need a freelancer to carry out some coding or design work.

Make sure you interview properly though, get them on skype, chat to them, make sure they can communicate well, because communication is the key.

I use it too and it's fabulous. The key is to keep a close eye on progress and give VERY detailed requirements. If you give someone a free reign on what they're doing it's probably going to cost you a lot. Keep a tight schedule and you can't go wrong
