Hi i need a website making I've discovered a web site similar to what i want if that helps?

i have a site running that kind of works @ openpayments.co.uk

Bacily i need a front page for users to make an account and log in,

on the user dashboard, the user will have to be able to download a sample .cvs to input their data into and then upload the .csv, the web site will have to then check for duplicates to make sure that data line has not been uploaded before.

from the admin panel, i will be able to accept the data line or reject it.

i need the site to keep a track of how many leads per month have been accepted so we can pay on that many leads.

i also need to be able to export that data.


Any PHP MySQL web designers out there?
