I will say that the index page needs more detail as you essentially have 'mystery meat' navigation. I was asked if I wanted to take a questionnaire or read more, but I don't at this stage know if or why I should do either.
I had a quick look at it. It directs you to a site that provides you with no information about what you are offering or what benefits I would derive by taking the questionnaire. The read more link doesn't actually give you any further information either.
As someone who's marketeer, surely you understand the importance of the customer journey/experience? And clearly articulating the benefits?
