Need a good web designer but on lemonade wages?

I am currently working on a unique idea, which will cater for people who want customised amatuer fetish dvd movies and also intend to offer fetish merchandise service aswell.Basically want a customer to read my benefits message, my mosted wanted response will be for them to then place a order. They will then send to us via a online form or something, their movie script and we will do the rest. I just want the site to look professional but very simple to navigate and use.I dont see this as a business, more as a passionate hobbie to indulge in.Finding it difficult to visualise the layout of the site. For e.g. the visitor reads my benefits message (dont want any distractions during this stage), then places a order.After payment is accepted,where does he/she go to fill out movie script form etc...I realise this sounds like a small online shop which I'm suggesting...

any help or reccomendations would be much oblige
