hello everyone and hope you can help me . bit about my company we been trading for just over a year and 5 months we dont have bad credit with anyone account been run 100% for the last year, our turnover last year was 160k but we cant get accepted for a merchant services wich would help our business alot. its all due to one of the directors having bad personal credit history

any ideas i have other issues too but will only put one at a time for the time being

your help would be apreciated

Hi Smokey!
The easiest way to get a merchant account is througj Worldpay, but I dont know how indepth they go with regards directors histories.
Once you have been running that for a year you and you can show merchant account trading history you may find it easier to get a merchant account.

Also consider going to other banks, saying if I move my account will you also give us a merchant account.

i have tried several we bank with barclays but can get their services also we are member of the fsb and they offer a streamline thru the fsb thats been rejected

does worl pay offer a pdq machine do you know

No, Worldpay is all online so you'll need to take payments through your website or a web interface.
