I am looking to buy forums with regular income across a range of different subject matters.
One option for sellers would be a part cash part shareholding in the holding company, allowing them to benefit from long term growth. I aim to bring in a number of self funding forums and blogs and then benefit from economies of scale, i.e. for content, marketing, etc.
