Looking for volunteer forum moderators (career related)

Hi folks,

I'm looking for some volunteer moderators for a career related forum I run. The site was established in 2002 and currently receives around 180,000 visitors a month (a large portion of which is from the UK, but we do have quite a wide spread of users from across the world). The forum is fairly quiet (8k posts) as most the traffic goes straight to the selection of advice articles on the site, but I'm working on building a team of moderators and expert authors to help build it up some more.

Ideally, I'm looking for a selection of people to come on board to welcome new members, help delete spam and to generally share their experience with the range of jobseekers coming to the site looking for advice.

I believe everyone would have something useful to contribute to the forums regardless of your level of experience, so if you are interested please get in touch. In particular, I am also looking for people with specific experience with: recruitment, unemployment, law, self employment, education, training, business, working abroad, interviewing and so on. There are no requirements imposed on moderators - you can contribute to the site as much or as little as you like.

If you're interested or would like more information, please get in touch with a little info about yourself. scott (dot) boyd (at) eflaunt (dot) com

Cheers
Scott
