Looking for SEO freelancer to assist with SEO tasks

I'm looking for someone to assist with SEO tasks - I have a list of stuff I need done so ideally am looking for someone who can quote an hourly rate and give an estimate of how long the tasks would take.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can recommend somebody or from any freelancers direct with email/website/LinkedIn details, etc.
