Hi all, I am starting a company and need accounting services, I've taken some quotes but they differ so much, I'm not sure who to choose.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I need

-Accounts
-Bookkeeping
-CT600 Return
-Weekly Payroll (10 people to start with)

-Auto-Enrolment
-Confirmation Statement
-Registered Address
-Software (Xero)
-Sending weekly sales invoices to customers (3 per month) for now.
- Reconciliation
