Looking for limited company accountant!

Hi all;

I’m looking for a limited company accountant to complete my corporation tax return and 2 x personal tax returns (one for my wife which will be purely for dividend payments)

I’ll need help and advice at the beginning, ideally someone who can provide tailored advice and not just links to the gov website.

Initially I’ll need help with amending a share structure and advice on different share classes.

It’s a small building business which in the first year won’t be doing a huge amount, a few jobs a month I’d imagine.

I use an accountant to compile my company accounts and Self Assessment, however I complete my wife's Self Assessment myself, as like you it is just her wages from work and dividends.
The HMRC online portal for Self Assessment makes it so easy to complete. You answer a few questions about where income has come from (Wages, Dividends) then fill in the figures.
