Llyds TSB Internet Banking, who to share log in with ?

Hi,

A client had Lloyds TSB internet banking for business.

They have 2 signatures on the account and wish to know.

Can they give staff access to the internet banking logins or should only sigs have access.

Thanks.

Very clever.

Yes, basically some money has gone out the clients account and they are concerned as to if they have acted correctly in allowing a staff member access to the banking who is not an account member....

I can only talk from our HSBC business internet banking, but we don't have a company login. I have my own personal login, from which I can access all of the accounts from both of the businesses. I can set up a secondary user who can access everything, or just view things.

I would imagine that Lloyds would have a similar system whereby an individual has their own password, thereby the audit trail can say which user has authorised which transaction.
