Licencing agents for images

Folks,

Can you advise how I find who to contact regarfding the licencing of images. For example, if I wanted to create a t-shirt with an Album cover photo or a trademarked AC/DC logo or Time Warner image, how do I find the correct licencing agent?

Any advice greatly appreciated.
