Leather Goods import

I am new here. am looking for some advice on importing of Leather goods from Pakistan , Bangladesh ,China etc. I know a bit about leather and have several good contacts in the Asian continent.

Do you guys have any ideas or recommendations as to how i go about this business.

I have always worked for organisations rather then have a business of my own.

Looking for any help thats out there. Thank you in advance.
