Java Floater help

I am using a java floater script and need assistance with keeping the floater confined within a table/cell. All the floater scripts that I've seen ONLY allow the script to float in the left/center/right margins and scroll the entire document when the browser is scrolling up/down. I want to be able to keep the floater with a table and not allow it to scroll the entire length of my document when the browser is scrolling.

I had a aproblem with one of these once, but a strong flush and a good poke with the brush sorted it right out! (sorry, could not resist!)
