issues with preference settings

Not sure what happened lately but I noticed I now receive marketing emails.

I'm 99% sure I unticked all marketing pretences and upon checking they are all ticked.

I went in to untick and save my changes but getting "a server occurred" upon saving the changes.

It came to my attention today after receiving email from [email protected]

also took 3 attempts to post this message and failed with

It came to my attention today after receiving email from [email protected]

If the message you refer to has the subject line "How can business owners look to save money" then that is our newsletter which is run outside of these forums, you would unsubscribe from that using the details in the footer of the email - nothing you change on your account in these forums will make any difference there.

If it wasn't that email and was something else, I have no idea!

As for saying that though, if it is the newsletter you're looking to unsubscribe from please drop me a DM with how it could be adapted to be of more interest.

As for this, I'll ask my techs to take a look through the logs to see if they can see anything that could have been going on at circa 8:45 this morning.
