I have been told any site I intend to buy,if there is photos of adults or children helping to sell the product,I need permission to show them or its not worth buying the site.

If they are royalty free stock photos then no, if they are photos that have not been authorised by any one relating to them you can not use them

Most companies get there images supplied from their suppliers who have the ownership rights and basically licence you to use them, Other images may have been taken by the owner of the company or their employee so again when you buy the company you need to clarify free use of these images

Other images you hire the use of them from the owner
