Is bank statement a proof of purchase?

I'm getting ready to a self-assessment and reviewing all my receipts and invoices. I pay for my website hosting but can't find any receipts. The only proof I'm paying Vistaprint by direct debit is my bank statement each month.
Does it count? Can I use it as a proof of purchase to add it to my regular expenses?

By law they have to provide an invoice. there will be an online controlpanel some place that will allow you to print it off.

Yes you can still claim the costs. Ideally you should try and obtain an invoice though from Vistaprint. I'm surprised they cant/dont send or provide anything.
