A UK based company is developing a new and unique designed for the health/fitness industry. I have been given the chance to find people interested in investing in this product.

Ideally, we are looking for a consortium of as many people as are interested. The total investment we are looking for is £1.5M.

I have a package of publically available information available, which I am at liberty to email to all interested parties. If we can gather enough potential investment, the CEO will visit the assembled group and present the opportunity in its entirety.

All interested parties will be required to sign an NDA.

The principal is looking for anything between 1 person invesnting £1.5M and 1.5 million investing £1.

Preferrably somewhere in between, though!
