Hi there,
I was wondering if there are any legalities that you need to consider when using freelance subcontractors from overseas?
I have a couple who provide marketing services for me but I don't even know where they are based.
I have a Ltd Company and I allow them to invoice me and I just declare it as an expense.
Is there anything else that I need to do?
