Hello All,
I made a payment of over £16000 to one of my supplier in India through lloyds bank about 5 weeks ago. My supplier has not received it yet. I asked my bank and every time I did not get anything except an assurance that they are looking into it.
I even asked my bank to recall the money but no concrete action seems to be taken by the bank. All I hear from them is that - We have sent several reminders to the intermiditary bank (which is HSBC) in this case but waiting for their reply.
I seem to going no where and it has started to affect my business now.
Did someone else ever faced this febore? What can I do to make Lloyds to look into it? I am worried about loosing the money in "red tapism" of these banking system.
