Hello everyone,
We're a web hosting business currently operating out of 3rd party data centres (colocation). However, we've previously had built an operated our own (albeit small) facility, which has since been sold to a larger business. We were exited about the project and would like to replicate our venture, so we're currently looking for an industrial unit in North London or South Hertfordshire. Whilst renting is a possibility, we'd prefer a partnership of sorts (equity, etc) in return for allowing us to use the premises. Space required is at least 1500 sq ft.
