I need a template for a 'coexistence agreement'

Does anyone know where i can use or download a template/letter known as a 'coexistence agreement'?

We can probably advise you better if you call us. Not sure what a co-existence agreement is.

an ip solicitor told me that was what was needed. letter of agreement to trade without recourse, would be another way to look at it.
