How to manage your first contract

Hello,

I would like to open an ltd company and use virtual office as the registered address. What should I do first sign a contract for virtual office or incorporate? First choice seems more logical but I see two problems:
1) will I be able to claim the expenses of virtual office on company if I signed the contract before incorporation and used my personal name
2) company name at the signing of contract as it would not be confirmed with Company House (minor issue)

Sorry if the question seems silly as I am new to company expenses and claims.
