whats the best way to buy a expired domain? (it was up for renewal 29/04/10, and it says renewal rewuired, and registration suspened)

Even after the renewal date lapses, there is a period of time left before the domain 'drops'. There are a number of domain drop catching services out there that will snipe at the domain for you the moment it becomes available, although if it is a popular domain then the chances are you aren't the only one doing this. Pool.com is an example.
