How the heck do I contact Google Checkout support?

I need to speak to their support people, I'm no longer getting emails to notify me of any new orders. Have checked the callback info and it's all correct and pointing where it should be.

I've tried to contact the help via their contact us but the options are limited and they force you pick the problem but my problem isn't there. You then get an automated email back of how to resolve whatever problem you've been shoe horned into picking. How do I email a real person or get a response that isn't automated? Before anyone suggests it yes I have tried Googling :p
 
Ahh thank you for that. I've managed to speak to them by replying to their automated response. I thought it would come back undelivered but it didn't. I don't think they entirely get the problem but at least I'm speaking to a real person so fingers crossed I get it resolved soon!
