This is a dumb noob question.
If I want to work out the return on capital from statutory accounts, what do I do?
I think I do this:
If I want to work out the return on capital from statutory accounts, what do I do?
I think I do this:
- Called up capital + share premium account = total capital
- shareholders funds this year - shareholders funds last year = profit for this year
- profit for this year / total capital = ROI
